Da quel momento in poi l\u2019assetto mondiale verr\u00e0 gestito da pochi stati. Tale situazione evidentemente non pu\u00f2 che produrre squilibri tra un centro dominante e vaste aree periferiche e le ripercussioni sono drammatiche: guerre, migrazioni forzate e sfruttamento.
