19.30<\/strong><\/span>, Biblioteca Culture del Mondo<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Come e cosa mangiamo: un viaggio antropologico tra cultura, salute e potere<\/strong><\/p><p>In questo incontro rifletteremo su come\u00a0cultura, salute e potere si intrecciano nel definire ci\u00f2 che finisce sul nostro piatto<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><pre class=\"moz-quote-pre\">Per stimolare la riflessione e il dialogo, vi proponiamo alcune domande:\n\n   1. In che modo le tradizioni culturali influenzano ci\u00f2 che consideriamo\n   \u201ccibo\u201d e come lo consumiamo?\n   2. Come le scelte alimentari riflettono differenze sociali, economiche o\n   di potere nella nostra societ\u00e0?\n   3. In che modo le informazioni sulla salute e la nutrizione modificano\n   le nostre scelte quotidiane?\n   4.
